• Leadership Board – North Seattle Catholic Youth- developed a 7 Parish Plan to implement a youth group for the North Deanery of Seattle• Developed and implemented a comprehensive plan for faith formation for pre-school, and grades k-12. This included research into appropriate programs and materials. Prepared and oversaw the budget for religious education and sacramental preparation. Programs served over 100 children in parish.• Recruited, trained, supported and supervised a base of 25 volunteers who help to implement and carry out the goals of the sacramental preparation and the children’s ministries of the parish. • Participated on team of cross-functional leaders to implement parish mission through comprehensive planning
