-Develop and implement a plan of revenue growth through key fundraising events, strategic market partnerships and philanthropic donors.-Generate revenue with corporate sponsors and individual donors through cultivation, stewardship, renewal, and deepening engagement to retain and upgrade their financial commitment.-Develop relationships with volunteers, sponsors, and key corporate/community leaders to successfully drive participation in Heart Challenge events. Collaborate with internal partners in the market, region, and national center, to forge donor relationships.-Identify, recruit, and lead executive volunteer leadership, including implementing a year-round cultivation plan.-Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of prospective high-level corporate sponsors, individual donors, and volunteer leadership to advance our mission.-Lead peer-to-peer fundraising in participating Heart Challenge companies to achieve revenue goals.-Recruit and lead corporate fundraising team participation in the Heart Walk Campaigns, Hard Hats for Heart campaigns, and motivate those teams to fundraise.-Lead donor engagement experiences and events.

-Oversee donor relations program and manage all fundraising initiatives -Develop and implement strategic fundraising campaigns such as annual giving and major gift programs -Proficient in Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge Program-Lead event coordinator for annual fundraising Troy Knight Memorial Golf Tournament -Coordinate all other fundraising special events-Establish effective communications with prospective donors and supporters on a continual basis-Manage volunteer program -Make public appearances and speaking engagements to share information about DCAC with the community-Maintain gift recognition programs-Work closely with the Executive Director, Bookkeeper, and the Board of Directors in all development and fund raising endeavors

-Lead coordination, planning and execution of all events pertaining to the Office of the President.-Assist the First Lady in all events, manage her calendar, organize campus appearances, and various administrative duties.-Assist in creating and maintaining external partnerships and donor relations.-Organize and manage the Values in Action Award.-Assist in creating communication pieces from the President’s office to be distributed enterprise wide.
