Impact Assessment and Permitting Strategist, NEPA/CEQA impact assessment and Section 404/401/CZM/Fish & Wildlife permitting, site suitability and critical flaw due diligence assessments for public and private clients for more than 30 years. In addition to managing an extensive program of projects for the Army Corps of Engineers, the Navy and the US Coast Guard over nearly 2 decades, she has directed numerous environmental impact assessments and the permitting process for energy (including utility-scale solar), infrastructure and commercial and mixed use projects, many for facilities affecting ecologically complex marine, riverine and desert resources. Her work has involved: projects located throughout the United States; projects that often require numerous layers of environmental review and close coordination with federal, state, and local agencies, stakeholders, and the public.
