Many of my cases involve complex financial disputes where there are inherited assets or offshore trusts. I also act for clients who are seeking to relocate internationally with their children. I frequently draft and negotiate the terms of pre- and post-nuptial agreements.As an American who has lived in London for many years I have a particular interest in those cases that involve individuals with a close connection to the United States.I am committed to resolving my cases in a constructive and family-centred way, with the aim of preserving important family relationships wherever possible.
