- Plan for, acquire, integrate and maintain computers, software and peripherals necessary to accomplish the mission of the Presentation Lab. - Develop communications to inform faculty and students of the resources in the Presentation Lab. - Provide assistance and consultation to students and faculty preparing materials for use in presentations and other class assignments. - Train and supervise student workers to assist students in the Presentation Lab - Manage lecture capture and distribution system (Camtasia Relay) including classroom configuration - Participate in Learning Management System (Desire2Learn) support with concentration on integrating multimedia into course sites. - Track trends of instructional technology and make recommendations for new or improved services. - Maintain hardware and software in Learning Technologies, including Windows and Macintosh computers, scanners, still and video digital cameras, color laser and large format printers, mobile devices, and print and file servers.

Technical support for Veterinary Practices throughout the United States and Canada utilizing Infinity and Triple Crown software created by ImproMed, LLC.

-Manage surplus computer equipment for entire UW Oshkosh campus. -Organize off campus donation to non-profit organizations of 255 surplus computer items including monitors, printers, and computers.-Create images using Symantec Ghost and DeployStudio.-Work with faculty, staff, and students on campus to meet their needs within the academic community regarding, hardware, software, and website access.

· Create layout and organization for departmental website.· Work closely with full time staff to ensure correct information is made public.· Manage and planned time according to work that needs to be done.

· Help students and faculty with issues regarding university accounts· Troubleshoot computer issues· Maintain working relationship with full time staff· Use ticketing service to inform staff of high priority issues

· Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional workplace · Train and instruct new crew members on proper procedures and protocols
