I have an Associates Degree in Nursing from College of Central Florida (formerly Central Florida Community College) in Ocala, FL I am currently enrolled in RN-MSN program at Western Governor's University. I have worked in adult and Pediatric Critical Care for the last 15 years, including 4 years of traveling. I am currently employed at Tampa General Hospital in the Global Emerging Diseases Institute (GEDI). In my current role I work as a clinical nurse, a mentor for new grads and hires, a preceptor for new hires, and a charge nurse for both ICU and med-surg nurses encompassing up to sixty patients and 30+ nurses who is an accessible resource for all on the floors.
