• Acts as the Change Manager, managing over $15M in change requests related to purchasing and acquisitions in support of the Base Realignment and Closure relocation to the Defense Health Headquarters (DHHQ) facility.• Provide direct project support to TMA Business Operations leadership to include but are not limited to client meeting facilitation and support, presentation/briefing assistance, documentation and process development as well as managing and tracking project tasks and deliverables.• Develop and deliver project documentation including progress reports, lifecycle, historical documentation and high-level presentations.• Customer relations management, acting as liaison between contract support staff, TRICARE Management Activity and the Services.• Assist with Strategic Planning, Business Process Management and Implementation for operations and sustainment of the DHHQ Facility.• Lead Wellness Coordinator supporting the DHHQ Wellness Council, to include working as a liaison for HA/TMA and the Services in order to plan and implement wellness and fitness programs, promoting DoD’s Operation Live Well initiative, and assisting with the “Quit Tobacco – Make Everyone Proud” initiative in effort to transition the facility to a tobacco-free campus by July 2013. • Provide marketing and communications assistance to promote and share information on facility operations and activities to all resident organizations housed within the DHHQ.• Special event planning and coordination for the facility such as the TMA Health and Wellness Fair (7/2012), Official DHHQ Ribbon Cutting Ceremony (9/2012), Town Hall and DHHQ Facility tour with the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs and the Undersecretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness (9/2012), MILVAX Influenza Vaccination Clinic (10/2012), DHHQ Cafeteria Official Opening event (11/2012), DHHQ One Year Anniversary of Occupancy and First Annual DHHQ Cup (4-7/2013)

•Provided overall executive support to various contracted government clients which include high ranking military officers, a Senior Executive Service (SES) staff member, and other high-level government staff for both the DoD and VA associated with the Military Health Systems (MHS)/TRICARE Management Activity (TMA) •Provided project management support activities associated with the implementation of business processes. •Assisted with implementing processes and requirements to manage a budget of $11.7M•Provided program management support with the primary contractor for coordinated activities & tasks across teams & consolidated reporting in relation to operations, requirements and process implementation. •Provided regular project reports to the government client on any changes in schedule, Q&A and reviewing the milestones and schedule for accuracy. •Planned and tracked multiple integrated tasks and projects by identifying requirements, risks, conflicts & milestones.•Organizational development, business processes, business process modeling notation and staffing plans •Memorandums of Agreements/Understandings, Interragency Agreements & System of Record Notifications.•Assisted the primary contractor with ensuring the execution of the government clients operational readiness objectives and requirements via effective communication, coordination and facilitation. •Supervised and managed support staff to include administrative and technical team, human resources support, program management support & contract/finance/budget support.•Responsible for establishing the training & career development program.•Established the Document Standards Committee to provide expert knowledge on official correspondence, documentation, research/resources, formatting, processes & standardization.

•Coordination of high-profile, celebrity charity/benefit dinners, fundraisers and other events raising 2.5 million in funds for Autism Speaks and the National Tennis Association.•Developed an information database for tracking sponsorships and donated auction items using Microsoft Access and Excel.•Coordinated the NFL Kickoff for a Cure charity dinner which raised over 2 million dollars.•Maintain inventory and catalog for charity auction•Coordination and management of the charity and fundraiser mass mailer program.•Management of the summer volunteer program to include training and delegation of assignments.
