I have a strong background in customer service with 22 years experience. Customer service is one of my biggest strengths. I have experience in management in a high volume business. I enjoy working with people. I prefer a fast paced, high volume environment, but I am extremely versatile and can work just as well in a slower paced environment. Working with people is one of my strong points whether it be customers or coworkers. I am proficient in a plethora of Microsoft office applications. I have 22 years experience in data entry. I am very organized and keep my work area clean and neat. I have a very versatile personality and get along with everyone. I am able to adapt to all situations quickly. When a problem presents itself, I have the ability to think quickly to come up with a solution. Outside of work my interests include writing and music. I write poetry as well as fictional stories. I have been playing violin for 27 years. I taught myself how to play piano, I play the bass by ear, and I have been involved in singing for over 30 years. I am currently learning to speak Swahili and Arabic. I enjoy learning different languages because I thrive on communication. I have a natural ability to calm people down and diffuse situations. I have leadership skills and do well at presenting ideas or bringing issues to light. I am comfortable speaking in front of groups of people. I feel I am an asset to any company because of my extreme range of people skills. I feel I am excellent with customers and coworkers. I believe customers will be satisfied with the service they receive from me, and I believe my coworkers will see I am dependable and flexible.
