· Main responsibility was to help with preparation and execution of the North & South Amateur Championships. · Communication with over 1,400 amateur golfers regarding registration, championship information, housing, tournament fees, practice rounds, and logistics for the four North & South Amateurs via GolfGenius, TrustEvent, and email.· Responsible for three North & South Amateur Qualifiers, which included pre-tournament communications, on-course operations, scoring, and refereeing playoffs.· Assisted in communication with over two-hundred volunteers which included creating volunteer schedules, collaborating with volunteer chairs, emailing volunteer duties, and organizing all tournament volunteer necessities.· Assisted in the course setup for the North & South Amateurs, which included setting tee markers, marking the penalty areas on the golf courses, setting pin locations for tournament rounds, and utilizing USGA Deacon software to communicate pin locations to competitors and the greenkeeping staff.· Management and execution of weekly Pinehurst Country Club Associations and tournaments that included over 150 golfers each week.· Assisted in the scoring and prize money payouts of multiple Pinehurst Country Club tournaments each week.· Daily management of the Pinehurst Tournament Office voicemail, emails, and any communication necessary with players, members, and vendors for all tournaments.· Execution of corporate events at Pinehurst Resort, which included a “Glow Golf on the Cradle” event for Pinehurst Resort Partners and an event for Women’s Golf Day 2021.
