With over 13 years of experience in nursing and patient care, I am excited to join Centers Health Care as the Director of Patient Services starting October 2023. In this role, I will leverage my skills and credentials as a registered nurse, and a patient safety and advocacy expert to oversee the quality and delivery of services to the residents and patients across the Centers Health Care facilities. Previously, I worked as a Registered Nurse Supervisor at The Grand Healthcare System, where I managed a team of nurses and ensured compliance with policies and procedures. I also served as a RN Care Coordinator at Bassett Healthcare Network, where I coordinated care plans, referrals, and transitions for patients with complex needs. My core competencies include direct patient care, patient advocacy, patient safety, care coordination, team leadership, and communication. My mission is to provide compassionate, holistic, and evidence-based care to improve the health and well-being of the people I serve. I am passionate about learning new skills and techniques to enhance my practice and share my knowledge with others. I am looking forward to joining the Centers Health Care team and contributing to their vision of excellence and innovation in health care.
