• Verification of identity and KYC/KYB/AML (Working with big amounts of data, personal data, etc.).• Video Identification (Interviewing of potential customers all over the world, exclusively English speaking).• Primary processing of applications for cooperation.• Interaction with Business Developers.

General responsibilities:• Reporting to Director of Retail Operations (expat, exclusively English working), Asset Manager and Property Manager.• Preparation of reports in English for Head Office, such as Operating report (brief report monthly, extended report quarterly), Expenses report, planning of upcoming expenses – Projections.• Annual budget preparation (as well as Start-up budget for commissioning the second phase of the facility).• Completing walkthrough inspection within the shopping center territory (monitoring of the condition of the retail area and service zones).• Direct interaction with general contractors (cleaning, facility, security) - setting tasks in accordance with the agenda.• Interaction with seasonal contractors (retail area decorations and external landscaping).• Negotiation of tenant’s property and civil liability insurance contracts clauses in accordance with lease agreements.• Coordinating the work of reception and office secretaries.• Liaising with tenants and providing assistance in solving various problems and operational issues.• Interaction with visitors of the Shopping center in various cases (such as conflicts resolution, consideration of complaints, etc.).• Liaising with all departments of the management office, in addition to the property management department (accounting, retail, marketing, engineering, construction), and providing any possible assistance on emerging issues and workflow.• Preparation of an environmental passport of the property on behalf the waste generator party.• Maintaining local contracts and projects to maintain the presentable appearance of the complex.Achievements:• Promotion in responsibilities from secretarial to deputy property manager within three years.• Certificate of honor in recognition of performance and contributions to company’s success in 2017.• Essential role in preparation of the 2nd Phase of the property for commissioning in summer 2018 on behalf of the property management.
