Through our IT platform, 600 developers sell their properties, and 5 500 agencies search for and reserve apartments for their clients anytime, anywhere. We operate at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and human interaction, streamlining communication between agencies, developers, banks, and insurance companies. With over 3 000 transactions processed monthly, we hold more than 50% market share in Moscow and St. Petersburg. We have already opened 11 franchise offices in key regions across Russia and recently launched an international office in the UAE. Expanding in the UAE market is now one of our strategic priorities.
