Responsibilities• Responsibility for ensuring right first time results due to the high risk nature & importance of my role.• Understand the importance of meeting & maintaining SLA’s, able to manage my time effectively so the business needs and project deadlines are met.• Act as main point of contact for the team & the wider audience of Gadbrook & Stakeholders in relation to BACSKey Achievements• Implemented process improvement with a time saving of 34.43 minutes a day this calculates to a weekly saving of 172.15 minutes daily FTE saving of 0.1093• Reduction of cautionary limit service users generating an overall FTE saving of 0.3992• Percentage Increase in service users removed from cautionary limit: 154.1666667%, Percentage Increase in accounts removed from cautionary limit: 195.3703704%• Contributes to the delivery of satisfactory audit result by: Top 20 - Dormancy Campaign - adherence to Records Management• Actively support the development of my colleagues by devising a training plan in order to cross train the B3s within the team on Direct Debit support processes.• 100% Accuracy in approving multi-million pound payments• Making sure the team adheres to the risk matrix• Owner of champion roles such as team leader controls and checks• Pioneering with regards to process improvement initiatives and implementation • Excellent knowledge of computers and programs such as Microsoft excel Word, PowerPoint, BACS payment services & the Direct Debit Database.
