I worked within the firm's Business Support Unit providing ongoing assistance to the fee earner population, dealing with a range of tasks including:General administration and file management support; Collating and scheduling of key documents; Dealing with correspondence and liaising with third parties; Producing bundles of documents and general reprographics support; Updating various spreadsheets and task lists / mailboxes; Ongoing administrative day to day support for various projects; On-site support, such as witnessing and certifying original documents, locating files etc; and Liaising with virtual support units and other central services functions such as Facilities and IT
