Working as a binding element between various marketing & sales teams (content, business development, research, digital marketing + production). Defining startegy and action items to promote company's expertise within WebRTC, icluding lead generation and processes improvements. Organising workflow and data gathering the way that makes it possible to turn marketing into numbers for consistent analytics, on-the-go improvements, valid retrospective and data-backed decision making.

Core activities include negotiations with clients, project requirements definition, pre-sales analysis; assisting with and preparing sales proposals, working with RFIs, demonstration of the company services and opportunities to prospective customers, discussions with them concerning the ways in which business models could be used to meet their requirements. General responsibilities:- Monitoring and studying clients, market, industry, macro-economic factors and competitors- Identifying and studying new market opportunities and ways for expansion- Developing strategic relationships with other companies- Business meetings with potential customers- Expanding relationships with customers- Developing and maintaining policies and strategies in public/media relations, company's image management, brand and product management- Studying ways to expand and improve company service package

- SMM: a full cycle of creating English-language content for social networks of the company- maintaining company pages in social networks: Facebook and LinkedIn- assistance in the organization of other marketing communications- communication with European contractors (about participation in conferences, printing and preparing marketing materials abroad etc.)- assistance in the preparation of B2B presentations- close communication with developers and designer about the product in order to create marketing content- writing English-language content for the mobile app- linguistic support and translations: translation of business presentations and marketing materials, interpreting at meetings with foreign contractors and partners- technical translations

- ensuring the daily life of the office and the team- communication with contractors on cooperation issues (search for necessary partners, coordination of terms and documents, conclusion of contracts, control over the fulfillment of the contracts)- assistance in the HR-functional of the company (organization of corporate events, interviews, introductory conversations with employees and their adaptation, maintenance of personal files, military records, etc.)- linguistic support and translations- office resources management- organization of business trips- work with correspondence and requests- preparation of letters, presentations and reports- assistance in the office budget planning- preparation of monthly financial reports, etc.
