Developed and managed all phases of first year, transfer and post-baccalaureate recruitment activities from inquiry to enrollment. Established and implemented short and long-range recruitment goals, financial aid strategies, recruitment objectives, policies and operating procedures to support the recruitment and enrollment of a diverse student body.Fostered relationships with staff, faculty, students, alumni and friends of the college to engage and cultivate ongoing support for the institution.Directed the implementation of a new CRM and integrated all applicable internal departments.

Provided leadership and vision to establish priorities and develop an annual recruitment plan.
