 Provide guidance to staff and teams on a variety of issues including development, employee relations, conflict resolution, interpersonal communications, effective group interaction, team building, etc. Handle employee relations concerns and strategies; including conducting investigations on claims of discrimination, unfair treatment, harassment, etc. and recommend/determine appropriate course of action. Advise coaching and leadership development strategies. Identify and proactively raise organizational issues and trends; diagnose processes, structures and approach; recommend alternatives for improved effectiveness. Administer compensation programs and performance management processes to ensure effectiveness, compliance, competiveness and equality within the organization. Manage the succession planning process and staffing of all positions. Ensure HR programs, processes, policies, and all federal, state and local government programs are administered and in compliance. Administer the HRIS and benefits systems. Manage and develop a team of HR staff.

 Responsible for full cycle recruiting and reporting of US Domestic exempt and non-exempt level positions as well as internship opportunities. Worked with business managers to evaluate the needs in their business areas, tracked headcount and turnover. Created job descriptions and worked with the compensation group to level jobs appropriately.  Evaluated and determined recruitment strategies, posted open positions appropriately. Focused efforts on diversity recruiting and documented good faith efforts related to positions that may be underutilized. Scanned resumes, tracked applicants, and interviewed qualified candidates. Negotiated employment offers, processed new hires adhering to compliance standards. Knowledgeable in employment legislation such as AAP, EEOC, ADA, FLSA, etc. Performed other HR related duties as needed as part of a greater HR group.
