The TSO is a regional, per-service orchestra boasting ten concerts per season and a contracted membership of professional musicians from throughout the region. This position requires oversight and implementation of all Symphony operations and responsibility for all financial and human resources related to the organization. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: board management, strategic planning, fundraising and development, budgeting, advertising, marketing, governance, educational and collaborative program development, special event production, staff management, office management and volunteer coordination.

As Orchestra Manager, I oversaw the logistical operations of a 400+ member youth orchestra program, boasting (at the time) six unique ensembles. I was the direct point of contact with venues, parents, coaches and conductors. I also spearheaded changes to the website and to the membership handbook. My duties also included those of an Orchestra Librarian, where I ordered and prepared music for participating musicians.
