My primary interests are aimed at coordinating public service projects and uplifting underserved communities. In my previous roles, I have gained valuable communications experience by centering underrepresented communities in journalism, coordinating social media efforts for a local elected official, a university program and managing a team of student journalists.I have also supported Spanish-speaking communities to reach essential services through my work in the California Assembly and at a local non-profit in East Los Angeles.
