Administers agency volunteers and interns. Develop, initiate and maintain recruitment and retention strategies for volunteers/interns.- Overviews and coordinates 42-hour domestic violence training- Facilities, attends, coordinates internal and external outreach efforts for the agency.- Provides professional trainings to diverse fields (i.e. medical, education, law enforcement, legal, etc.)related to domestic violence and gender violence.- Supervise domestic violence hotline. Develops monthly hotline schedules ensuring coverage at anytimeagency is closed- Provide crisis intervention services to in-person and telephone clients at agency.- Facilitate domestic violence support groups.- Enter client date into ETO and Infonet database, organize and file client records such as attendancerecords, intake documents and client files.

- Assist the Quality Coordinator in Misc. tasks. Complete graphs and report for the Board and management team. - Recorder for performance Quality department sub-committees. On-boarding of new committee members. Program compliance, policy review, performance management review. - Creation and tracking of dashboards and demographics for in house programs. - Provide quality service to our participants by implementing COA best practice standards.

- Employed in the Circulation Desk and Administration office/ Duties: Check out books to patrons. Assist patrons with questions. Answer phone calls. Set up conferences rooms, maintain the copy center.

- Enter MD’s MLR’s into the system. Scan documents and organize them in chronological order

- Organize files, filing, and sorting, photocopying and scanning documents. Organize work binders for attorneys. Input and output data into Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Familiar with legal work around patents.
