I assisted in the set-up of microscan, ovum and parasites, and fungus. I helped in finding of lost specimens on detail and in plating of specimens. I also helped train new lab assistants.I also performed Giardia, fecal fat, occult blood, and White blood cell tests.

I performed in-life phases of Toxicological studies of pharmaceuticals in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and Good Laboratory Practices. I functioned as a lead technician working with dogs, rats and mice. In these studies I performed basic dosing and bleeding techniques and I was responsible for the maintenance and review of the study records. I also helped in the training of new employees and additional tasks while serving as a safety officer for my department.
