In my role supporting the CEO's office, I am responsible for engaging in strategic partnerships on both international and local levels. This includes identifying potential partners, negotiating terms, and fostering relationships that align with IMH’s vision. Additionally, I play a key role in strategic planning, where I collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and innovation. My work involves ensuring that our initiatives are aligned with our long-term goals.

• Engage community partners such as SACs and VWOs to understand needs of residents.• Reach out partners to bring health information into the community, such as HPB, General Practitioners and Polyclinics.• Collaborate with community partners, like Family Services Centre, religious organizations, Grassroots, GRC, CC, RC and People’s Association for planning of Health Screenings, health coaching and understand the health needs of their residents in preventive health.• Worked closely with Doctors, nurses and allied health colleagues.

• Promotes and update SingHealth services to General Practitioners.• Plan and implement Sales and Marketing activity to increase company’s revenue and meet sales target.• Organize CME talks• Service existing clients through establishing good rapport with them.• Responsible in creating new clients.
