I oversee the front desk at the College of Business. This involves training all of the employees who work at the front desk. I provide customer service to anyone who approaches the desk with questions and answer the phone. I am also in charge of a part of inputting the procurement statements into Kuali as well as distributing financial reports to staff members every month. I assist any faculty members in the Dean's hallway with any tasks they need.

Fort Collins, Colorado Area

Some of my daily tasks include helping plan and set up all of the events for the various departments and student organizations throughout the College of Business. This includes speaking to vendors, ordering any items needed for the event, etc. I also filed paperwork from the Human Resources department into the records room.
