I am a strategic and experienced Manager and Facilitator who has worked in academia and healthcare for over 15 years. I have partnered with entrepreneurs, senior executives and managers to provide solutions that align with business goals and enhance employee engagement and performance. I have expertise in all areas of talent acquisition & management, corporate relations, organizational development, and culture. I have also led and implemented effective initiatives and programs across global organizations, and as a mentor with SCORE, a partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration, I have assisted entrepreneurs/stakeholders with the development of their business goals and strategies. This has created opportunities for impact investments but more importantly, it has allowed for the creation of a diverse and inclusive community of people who share the same pull to create brands that actually benefit the communities they serve.
