We are a small family owned resale shop with a main focus in vintage and antiques. While a large portion of our store has beanie babies, we also sell steins, decanters, home decor, purses, scrapbooking supplies, personalized keychains, hallmark collectibles, wooden sculptures from different countries, comic books, vinyl records, holiday decor and SO much more!

Determine initial and continuing eligibility of clients for income maintenance programs including medical services according to federal and state standards while using the Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI) methodology as defined by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) of March 23, 2010. • Interviews clients and explains application procedures and assists individuals in completing application forms • Gathers, verifies, evaluates and enters necessary social, financial and medical information to determine the need and eligibility for public assistance • Prepares summaries of findings to be used in making determination of eligibility for public assistance while ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures • Ensures timely processing of applications to meet client needs and program mandates

· Carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, HRIS, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organization development, executive administration and employment· Executes the administration of the day-to day operations of the human resources functions and duties· Conducts orientation· Performs diversified clerical and administrative support including setting up files on all new personnel, assigning employee number, recording changes on all employee status as necessary (change of address, departmental transfers, rate increases, terminations)· Processing and recording employee information, such as personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, termination date and reason, processing employment applications· Communicates various HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations to employees and management. · Responds to employee relations issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations, policy questions, and questions of compliance. · Maintains working relationship with production supervisors by monitoring day-to-day implementation of policies concerning wages, hours and working conditions.· Maintains employee files and the HR filing system · Assists with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the HR director, and assists company managers with HR issues· Perform Human Resource and payroll-related duties as directed by the Director of Human Resource and VP of Operations· Familiar with SaaS, EZLM, and ADP; Currently using HR Performer, Paycor for Windows and Time on Demand
