Liz's practice includes all aspects of environmental law, with a focus on transactional counseling on environmental risks and requirements in mergers and acquisitions, project development and finance, and real estate matters. Her practice also includes environmental litigation, enforcement, compliance counseling, remediation, permitting, investigations, and auditing. Liz earned her BA from Barnard College, Columbia University in New York City and her JD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Law, where she served as a Literary Editor of the UMKC Law Review. Liz is admitted to practice law in Missouri and Texas and currently serves on the executive board of the Environmental Law Section of the Houston Bar Association.Specialties: Environmental Law
