Focused on non-performing notes on residential and commercial properties, primarily first liens, anywhere in the U.S. Purchases may be one-off or small pools of ten or fewer properties. The business plan focuses on the rehab of existing loans to a re-performing status, or moving the property to REO for resale.My goal is to meet the needs and requirements of our clients and to assist financial institutions in smooth and orderly disposition of REO and non-performing assets.Current investment activities focus on single family units to be acquired in the low end of the market.
