Developed and taught a Digital Literacy course for older adults.

Key Responsibilities- Ensure that WNH is a welcoming, friendly and inclusive place for all community members- Research, develop and implement new social engagement activities which reflect communityneeds and priorities- Coordinate our short course programs including ACFE funded pre-accredited training programs- Develop and implement strategies to promote WNH activities and raise community awareness(including social media, email marketing, marketing materials development, signage)- Evaluate activities to inform continuous improvement of our services- Foster partnerships with a range of stakeholders to increase community participation- Write and manage funding submissions under the direction of the Manager- Community engagement including responding to enquiries, providing information andresponding to individual and community needs

Key responsibilities:-Ensuring that the center is identified and accessible to the local community-Consulting with local groups and organisations to make sure that the center is a safe, friendly and welcoming environment which caters for a range of diverse needs and expectations-Overseeing the 2021 Equity Program that aims to remove barriers that may face when accessing our services-Stepping in as a Duty Manager when needed, including during our weekly women’s only swim night.

I worked with Student Marketing Australia in both 2016 and 2017 on their O-Week Campaigns. In 2016 I worked with the Commonwealth Bank Campaign at Latrobe University; and in 2017 I worked with the Office Works Campaign at Swinburne University of Technology.
