At Tiny Steps, our mission is to create meaningful change in the neurodiverse community by fostering connection, mentorship, and advocacy. Born out of a desire to improve the experiences of neurodivergent individuals navigating health systems, our work is focused on:
Community Engagement: Partnering with neurodivergent-led organisations to promote inclusivity, empowerment, and shared knowledge.
Mentorship: Guiding individuals and students within neurodiverse communities, supporting them as they overcome challenges and achieve personal and professional growth.
Education and Advocacy: Encouraging affirming practices and equipping health professionals with the tools to celebrate and support neurodivergent strengths.
Tiny Steps is not a traditional therapeutic company or clinic. Instead, we operate as a small-scale, supplementary initiative dedicated to complementing existing services and addressing gaps in the system. Our sole focus is creating a lasting, positive impact within the neurodiverse community.
