I am currently a member of the management team at a nationwide taxi company. My role consists of taking customer bookings and queries, investigating customer complaints and issuing refunds where necessary, monitoring operators performance, providing training and responding to customer reviews.I am currently in charge of providing intensive training for our emailing system to operators who are either unfamiliar with this system or are new to the role. This includes reviewing previous work done by the operators and following up what changes can be made to improve the customer experience.The key requirements of this role are good communication skills with both customers and staff, and the ability to solve problems to everyones satisfaction.

I mainly worked behind the Deli Counter at Morrison supermarket. My role consisted of communicating with customers, cooking food where required and making sure the area remains clean as per regulations.I also helped out on other departments where needed on the tills and the replenishing of stock.
