The Early Development Program will have a variety of job assignments throughout Human Resources. In early 2023, I completed my first rotation in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. I am currently working within the Talent Development and Performance team. In this role, I am responsible for employee orientation/onboarding processes, Learning Management System (LMS) administration for the HR team, course design/facilitation, and a variety of other projects.

As a recruiting intern, my responsibilities included strategic sourcing of top talent through a variety of channels, assisting in the coordination of interviews, and leveraging my research skills to develop a newsletter designed to keep the team informed about the latest industry trends. I also had the opportunity to contribute to the development of employer branding materials in collaboration with our marketing team. Throughout my internship, I gained valuable insights into the recruitment process and honed my skills in communication, organization, and attention to detail.
