• Lead special projects/activities including: evaluating existing information, defining opportunities, competitive analysis, building recommendations/business cases, go-to-market strategies and implementation.• Develop marketing plans, managing plan timing, development, execution and KPIs of the product and marketing. • Support Scholastic Marketing with strategic projects including development of the plan, timing, costs, execution and KPIs • Develop training materials and train Herff Jones stakeholders on product details.• Develop and manage project budgets as needed.

• Work closely with team members on catalog production, new product development, and creative collateral marketing material for existing products.• Create marketing plans to implement on current and future projects as well as business accounts.• Collaborate with other teams within the company to drive business & awareness of products offered, as well as positively promote our brand image for overall success.

• Teach cheerleading skills to groups of various ages and skill levels, ranging from middle school to college cheerleading teams all over the country.• Collaborate with other instructors to create a unique routine for teams to perform on the last day of camp.• Demonstrate spirit & enthusiasm for all attendees to develop skills for enhancing crowd involvement at athletic events.

• Efficiently serve groups of customers, from 1-15 people, in a fast-paced and often crowded environment.• Manage 1-5 tables at a time and assist co-workers in order to achieve overall customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean and orderly environment.
