Account Management – Operating as lead point of contact for all matters relating to the account. Regularly working with different departments within the organisation, as well as across external agencies, to facilitate client requests. Naturally organised, able to juggle multiple projects and account responsibilities, such as financial forecasting, revenue tracking, business growth and personnel matters, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail. Client Relation Management – Able to maintain strong client relationships, often through regular face-to-face meetings. Strong interpersonal skills gained through daily communication with both central and local markets in order to understand brief requirement and objectives, and to agree realistic timescales and budgets. Projects Management – Responsible for managing projects from client brief, through production, to approval and delivery. Deliverables include TVCs, radio spots, digital assets (including OOH), print assets and social media content. Within this, responsible for managing transcreation projects across a wide range of languages, often negotiating payment terms with native talents, and organising primary production.Team Management – Responsible for training and mentoring team of ten, as well as ensuring resources are available for planned work.

Social Media Management – Helped establish brand identity at early stage of company. Responsible for ensuring consistent messaging across all communications, with a focus on social media; creating and managing campaigns, putting together content plans, using tools to automate posts (such as Hootsuite) and targeting adverts, increasing follower base and daily engagement. Weekly KPI reporting using Google Analytics to measure conversions. Blog Co-Ordination – Curating daily medical blog, based on content plans, awareness days and calendar hooks. Approaching and liaising with external blog contributors, reaching out to influencers in the health and wellbeing industry, formatting and keyword linking for SEO.Other Responsibilities – Content creation for internal blog and external PR, email marketing, Adwords management (worked towards Adwords certification), backlink building and customer care.

Responsible for the day-to-day running of Bam Boo's social media (including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram). Brand Consulting - Working through branding already defined and discussing how this should filter through into social media.Building Content Plans Content Creation - Photography and editing.
