Starting as a Regional Sales Manager in 2002, my interests naturally flourished towards developing tools and processes to make the sales team more effective. After one year, I was promoted to Project Manager and shortly thereafter to Manager of Dealer Relations, focusing on ensuring the Sales Team had the technology (Internal CRM), training, and tools necessary to grow our Dealer Network, increase revenues, and boost client retention. I was promoted to Product Manager in February of 2007 and to Senior Product Manager in April 2008. Contributed to the growth and revenues of the Dealix Retail Dealer Network by maximizing the spend of existing dealer customers as well as reducing attrition through excellent customer service and outreach.

After Autobytel purchased Autoweb in 2001, I joined the Autobytel Team. Daily tasks involved sales, marketing, cold calling, creating business plans, account management including proactive calls to clients to ensure complete satisfaction and to strengthen business relationship, customer service, problem solving to maintain client base, writing & negotiating contracts, training employees as requested by management, and contributing to company newsletter and marketing materials.

With a territory comprised of up to 19 states, I managed the accounts of over 1000 automotive dealerships to increase revenue and prevent cancellations. I maintained my client base through excellent relationship and rapport building, problem solving, and territory and competive analysis. In addition, I consulted Automotive Dealership Owners, GMs, and Internet Staff in how to be successful at Automotive Internet Sales.

I worked my way up from Management Trainee to Assistant Manager within one year and was promoted to Branch Manager only six months later. This was an extremely fast climb up the company ladder. I managed $2.5 million in assets as well as up to eighteen employees. My main responsibilities were to manage and increase branch profits (I increased branch revenues by 66% within one year), motivate & train employees, and provide exceptional customer service to customers and accounts. I also created business proposals and marketing plans, performing outside sales to Dealerships, Body Shops, and Service Centers to obtain more customer referrals.
