Providing leadership and guidance to Commercial Business System teammates. Focusing primarily with Workers Comp, Commercial Auto, Property, GL and Umbrella. Meet with stakeholders to determine goals and set requirement due dates for the team based on the business target dates and the IS sprint dates.Other duties include documentation of requirements for new programs or enhancements to proprietary systems, assisting with User Acceptance testing and troubleshooting issues reported by system users and escalate to the IS team as necessary.

Worked closely with the Stakeholders, Carrier Representatives and the Business Systems Analysts on the Commercial Business Systems team to translate and document technical requirements to provide to the IS team. Ensured that requirement deadlines were met and worked with the IS team to ensure on time delivery of final products/programs.Other duties include documentation of requirements, researching regulations and rules, prioritizing projects and maintenance items with stakeholders to provide to the IS team. Assisted with User Acceptance Testing and issues reported by end users, elevating to IS where appropriate.

Worked as a Business Analyst for the Workers Compensation division to document requirements for new program roll outs as well as system enhancements. Worked closely with the IS team to implement projects and systems updates and responsible for User Acceptance Testing and assisted WC underwriters with system issues and elevated to IS as necessary.

Worked up submissions and completed risk evaluations to prepare the file for the Underwriters review. Bound submissions and processed endorsement requests. Responsible for customer service and communications between the Underwriter and the Brokers. Released quotes to the Broker on behalf of the Underwriter.

Processed cash receipts and sent out invoices to the insureds. Provided customer service to agents and brokers. Balanced monthly statements and completed month end for two carriers. Responsible for posting cash to Insured accounts in the billing system and prepared daily deposits. Issued cancellation notices for Non Pay of Premium. Worked with vendor to balance accounts at the end of the month to prepare monthly reporting and month end statements to management.
