Pilot Software was a global software vendor of Business Intelligence(BI) solutions.Critical Responsibilities: - Management of approx 7 presales and post-sales staff. - High-level involvement with clients as a management consultant by analysing the client’s management reporting needs and developing a high level architecture with a recommended solution.- Formulation of project plans and resourcing of projects for numerous clients in Australia and the Asia Pacific region.- Coordination of consulting and training assignments.- Coordination and contribution to tender responses.- Coordinated and project managed pilots and proof of concepts for clients.- Played a key role in the delivery of presentations and training courses to clients and at User Conferences.Achievements:- Maintained a near 100% billable utilization of post sales consultants.- Customer satisfaction of consulting services extremely high.

As a result became a well sought after speaker for Conferences and Panel discussions as an authority in BI Systems. The system delivered against the Corporate Plan mission critical information to key stakeholders ie. The Commissioner, Minister and Senior Executives of NSW Police.- Recognised both internally and by vendors time and again for the numerous successful projects I delivered for NSW Police.
