As an International Coaching Federation ACC certified coach, I specialize in 1:1 career coaching to help professionals identify and reach their goals. I did my coach training at Brown University under the ACT method (Awareness, Choice, Transformation) that is rooted in developmental psychology and neuroscience. I am an Executive Coach at EZRA Coaching, a Career Transition Coach at Lee Hecht Harrison and have my own private coaching practice. I am passionate about working with clients at any stage of their career, creating a productive and positive experience to create a plan for what's next.Before I was a coach, I was a Senior Brand Specialist at global Consumer Product companies such as Elizabeth Arden, Neutrogena and PepsiCo. I have brand experience across a wide range of product categories ~ fragrance, skincare, food & beverage ~ and a consistent track record of successful results at both mature public corporations and early stage entrepreneurial companies. I am a collaborative leader who sets a clear strategic vision and energizes strong multi-functional teams to achieve goals. I helped build two entrepreneurial beverage companies, from ideation to shelf, one in the energy drink category that was successfully acquired. I pride myself on being a creative marketer with a history of restoring growth to declining brands, accelerating growth on established brands and innovating/launching new brands by identifying "white space" to meet a market need.I started my career at Bain & Company Management Consulting, working on global brands such as Guinness and Evian.In my spare time, you can find me writing my design + lifestyle blog, walking my 18 year old dachshund Rhino (very slowly) and spending time with family and friends.
