Includes managing the editorial process, overseeing creative updates and directly updating content in the CMS where possible.• Build, execute and measure monthly and quarterly marketing plan focused on net new leads and up- sell/cross-sell revenue generation• Partner with sales and business development teams to ensure the conversion of qualified leads into opportunities• Generate and distribute program results and forecast to all stakeholders on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to ensure pipeline goals are surpassed• Execute and manage CareCap’s presence in the online communities• Build and manage the SEM campaigns and quantify performance on a weekly level.• Manage variable marketing budget to successfully allocate funds to highest performing activities
