The INFRAGARD is a not-for-profit collaborative partnership program, sponsored by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with 80+ chapters nationwide. Members focus on critical infrastructure protection and national security matters.Responsibilities and accomplishments: *Develop strategic plan with defined organizational framework, role descriptions *Establish and practice sound, ethical and legal governance per bylaws*Ensure adequate financial and volunteer resources to execute annual plan, manage budget, fundraising, donations, by following sound business practices related to not for profit 501c3 status *Guide executive board members to define general membership meeting content strategy and marketing communications, influence program committee speaker and logistics coordination*Support special programs (e.g., P2CAT partnership with State of Minnesota) and maintain strong relationships with public and private sector organizations, with an emphasis on education, training, and awareness that follows the critical infrastructure mission*Collaborate with other FBI-sponsored programs and efforts, including but not limited to the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association, DSAC, FBI Retired Agents Association*Contribute private-sector input for FBI meetings and activities (examples include 9/11 Commission Interviews, DHS/JTTF/DOJ Joint National Level Exercises, input to FBI HQ Division Office Review)*Appoint liaisons for UMSA and Secure360 advisory, board and committee roles*Serve on national award and recognition committee to identify top talent *Provide cross-functional collaboration to State of Minnesota Homeland Security Emergency Management Division, Minnesota Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster, and Minn National Guard *Received 2010 Outstanding Private Sector Partner Award from State of Minnesota per the Public Private Coordination and Action Team (P2CAT Program) *Chapter led the nation with most FBI Special Agent Coordinator of the Year awards

Provided crisis management, business continuity and resiliency expertise to support Fortune 5 healthcare company. During disruptive events, demonstrated cross-functional leadership to coordinate response and recovery and received top NPS feedback scores. Led efforts to incorporate a web-based critical incident assistance process to address hardship impacts for employees and key customers, exponentially expanding reach. Drove efforts to create external key customer-facing critical incident response/behavioral health materials using print and digital media formats. Designed, developed and implemented a systems-based risk assessment survey to review vendor/supplier resiliency, resulting in a 500% improvement to supply chain metrics (RSA/Archer eGRC). Created and delivered a robust employee survey to evaluate corporate response to Hurricane Sandy.
