I temporarily held the bakery manager position over the Summer break. In this role, I was responsible for team member rostering, promotional planning, stock ordering and stocktake as well as the standard baking and food preparation activities required in a bakery.

Margaret River

Cafe 131, was a small, family run business in the centre of Margaret River. This was the first job I upheld, starting out as a waitress, then developing basic barista skills and taking on a supervisory role, managing younger staff and closing up/opening the cafe. Working in hospitality in Margaret River developed my customer service skills, and particularly my ability to work under pressure, as the town's population increases immensely over the Summer period, as well as enhancing time management and team work skills required in such a working environment.
