As the Communications Coordinator for the Department of Anthropology, I handled their website, social media, and marketing materials. I used various software programs, such as Adobe Creative Suite and Drupal 8. I also captured media for the department using a variety of equipment. As a staff member, I helped manage the main office, plan and execute events, and serve as a main point of contact for the department.

I participated in the Disney College Program where I learned the policies and standards of The Walt Disney Company. During the program, I was able to implement these policies in order to provide guests with exceptional service and experience during their stay at Walt Disney World. I also worked with other employees in various roles to ensure guest satisfaction and a smooth flow of business. At my specific job, I utilized multiple computer reservation systems to organize the flow of guests through the resort.

As a photographer for WinShape Camps, I took photos of campers and staff daily for use in daily uploads, weekly presentations, and marketing and social media content. I collaborated with fellow members of the media team as well as the WinShape Camps marketing team in order to ensure a cohesive brand across multiple media platforms. I selected and edited photos for use in daily Zenfolio uploads, presentations utilizing Final Cut Pro, and submissions for the marketing team.After my summer as a photographer for WinShape, I was asked to create the lesson plan for Summer 2017's photography activities. When creating these lesson plans, I included directions for upcoming staff to use when instructing campers, the list of materials needed, and a variety of photography assignments and activities.

During my time as a counselor for WinShape camps, I had the opportunity to lead campers throughout each week of camp in various activities and lessons. I managed and organized activities for large groups of campers as well as taught lessons and led daily discussion groups with a small set of campers. I also attended Staff Training where WinShape and Chick-fil-A executives professionally trained all of WinShape's summer staff with the knowledge needed to provide campers with a safe and enjoyable camp experience.

Throughout my internship with Mud Pie, I was able to work with many different departments within the company, including fashion merchandising, design, and accounting. I collaborated with the design department in order to create inspiration boards for future pieces and learn about the product design process from start to finish. I also worked with the fashion merchandising department in preparation and during their annual show at AmericasMart Atlanta where we organized the layout of merchandise and assisted vendors. Lastly, I worked on multiple Excel spreadsheets and prepared credit reports within the accounting department.
