My 17 years of experience in residential home construction have provided me the opportunity to cultivate an in depth knowledge with all phases of construction, including but not limited to; plan reading and red-lining, securing permits, purchase orders/disbursement of PO's and plans, obtaining quotes, inspections, draw requirements/requesting and receiving, change orders and filtering the appropriate information to the correct people, closings and warranty.But more importantly, these same qualities translate and mesh admirably with an Office Administrator roll for any high functioning office.
