About Elizabeth Brooks

I explore and share omics techniques used in bioinformatics analyses 🤓💻🧬A little about myself, I am a biology PhD candidate at the University of Notre Dame. My interest in computational biology and bioinformatics began just a few months after my first computer science course in the summer of 2013. The focus of my research was the development of an extendable software architecture for exploring the effects of nonlinear developmental interactions on the evolutionary trajectories of phenotypic, or physical traits. Currently, I am interested in using omics techniques to investigate the impact of environmental change on phenotypically divergent natural populations.
