• Designed and carried out 12 series of workshops for more than 400 youth on various themes, including conflict resolution, communication, self esteem, and domestic violence prevention.• Co-founded ‘Art for Peace’ festival, held in the capital to educate the public about violence prevention and services for victims. Wrote three successful grant proposals to secure funds. • Mentored members of the community council in grant writing, and then collaborated to win a grant from the CRUSA Foundation for the construction of a community gym.
