Manage the overall execution and delivery of high quality translated content to our global customers which consisted of translating content for united.com as well as Legal, Corporate Real Estate, Customer Care and all other printed materials. Project manager for maintenance of 6 languages for the United Airlines website. Managed a team of up to 10 local reviewers and in-country managers in Europe, Asia and Latin America to ensure content quality for their local and timely deliveries of projects. I worked closely with an agency by coordinating and managing the translation and review process of all OnePass statements and stand alone emails. In this position, I was responsible for the management of car partner merchandising on continental.com. Part of my responsibilities was to review contracts of preferred car suppliers (Hertz & Budget) to make sure Continental.com was in compliance. I also prepared requirement documents for new product implementation on continental.com. I worked with our car suppliers to coordinate development, introduction and maintenance of new products. I was the project manager for Car Search Redesign which incorporated major enhancements to the car booking experience on Continental.com which resulted in an increase in online car bookings. Reviewe and evaluated competitive sites for enhancements that might benefit continental.com. I performed analysis to develop strategy for localized messaging for Mexico and US Hispanic audience. I was also a WorldServer (Translation Management Program) Project Manager for implementation and maintenance of all languages on Continental.com

TOPS was an intern program at Continental where, upon selection, you could work in various areas within the company for short assignments. For this particular position, I was responsible for Direct Channel Product Support and Maintenance. I performed User Acceptance Testing and coordinated and performed QA testing specific to the Booking Engine – Low Fare Pricing Product. I was responsible for error reporting and change requests utilizing Mercury Test Director as well as testing Internet Fare Sales and monitoring Continental.com specials.
