I manage Facebook content across three different franchise locations. I am responsible for creating and executing the social media calendar, designing graphics, writing post copy, and scheduling content to post through Soci.

IdeaCloud is a digital marketing and communications consultancy, blending insight, creativity and expertise to solve business problems. IdeaCloud provides a full range of digital capabilities, including digital strategy, marketing automation, lead/demand generation, digital marketing, SEO/SEM/PPC, branded content development, Social Media management and Marketo management.I am responsible for the Social Media channels so I conceptualize, build, manage and monitor campaigns in Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram. I am also responsible for writing the branded content for our clients and I support the Marketing and Marketo teams with content development.

I work closely with each employee in the restaurant, from management to servers and bussers. I am in charge of keeping servers in seating rotation throughout the shift, while constantly updating the status of each table through Open Table software. I take reservations and answer any questions the guest might have, confirm reservations, and print special menus for parties celebrating special occasions. I greet each guest, hold the door open for parties exiting the restaurant, and make sure the foyer is tidy and organized at all times.

Sold hand-crafted mahogany and hardwood wands made by Mr. Gary Hall, owner of Whirlwood Magic Wands, based out of California. I was required to dress in Renaissance period attire and initiate lighthearted banter with the crowds that came through the booth. I had to possess extensive knowledge about the wands, especially those that were created based on the Harry Potter saga. I used my love of the books and movies to close countless sales. The prices range from $10-$69 and sales doubled from the previous year.

I was responsible for answering all phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person. I produced a vast number of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram posts for various Griffin Wink clients (Taco Villa, Diamontrigue of Lubbock, A&R Plumbing, J. Ferg Roofing and Foam, and many others).
