I have a Master of Education degree in Outdoor Education Administration from Georgia College & State University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio University. As an HR Manager and Training Coordinator at FTG International, I oversaw the employee benefits and payroll systems for the team. Additionally, I recruited and onboarded new employees, including I9 forms, streamlined the HR processes, administered annual evaluations, created and implemented policies, designed and tracked employee training, maintained compliance and documentations in NetSuite, and generated culture building events and employee relations.Before joining FTG International, I was a District Manager of Swim Development at Pengu Swim School for six years. I hired, trained, and developed the managers, instructors, and support staff at four locations in the Houston area. I also created and implemented the training programs for the employees. I enjoy working with diverse and talented people, and I am motivated by the opportunity to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
