Managed the global marketing and communications group which includes over 15 people and included a department budget of $4M+. Managed daily operations and procedures, department meetings, travel, expense reports and everyday operations for the department. Managed the department operations including delivery of Sonoco internal and external mail twice daily for 2K employees on campus. Responsible for ordering all supplies for the Mail Center and Reprographics areas, inter-company billing through Oracle Financial.Invoice processing using ARIBA Inter-company billing through Oracle Financial SmartMailer for inter-company mail to qualify for postage discounts Reprographics (printing Company projects, and community projects as needed)
