I’m a nonprofit and philanthropy-focused C-Suite Executive with close to 20 years in grantmaking, fundraising, and developing and consulting on strategic support for nonprofits. When people first meet me, they also wonder or ask, ‘where do you get all this energy from?!’ And the answer is quite simple - I thrive off helping nonprofits do their work better, faster, and more capital effective. In essence, working through the process, and challenging the way nonprofits and philanthropy work together in pursuit of greater impact in our communities is the reason I get up in the morning. And this leads directly in my current role at RevJen - where I help to drive our philanthropic partnerships and program enrollments our various offerings for nonprofit executive teams, boards, and workshops. We’ve found that the levels of isolation and burnout that exists in nonprofit leadership can often be debilitating and can ultimately lead to an organization being unable to meet their mission. And we’ve built a number of programs to help alleviate those concerns and create a solid foundation for the future. There is no better feeling than creating calm out of chaos. We work with our team to elevate their unique skills and contributions to help advance an organization’s mission.Prior to joining RevJen – I’ve held several different roles supporting nonprofits that have an international, national, and even local focus and impact. This included focusing on growth, financial sustainability, and systems building as a Development and Outreach Coordinator, Program Officer, Consultant, and more. Outside of my work - I love to be in the woods, I kickbox, and can’t resist a quiet night at the ballet (my favorite is Giselle). Feel free to say hello here; I’m always interested in meeting leaders in the nonprofit space and who are doing inspiring things for our communities.
