I have a broad base of experience in a variety of office settings. I also have worked for the last 25 years focused on one specialized job: medical provider credentialing. This combination gives me a wider scope of knowledge and office skills than I would otherwise have. I am a seasoned public speaker, a diplomatic liaison, a caring & thorough customer service rep, and a librarian at heart who loves order and information. I could go in any direction from trainer to data entry and be perfectly happy if the environment is positive, and the management is supportive. My next focus will be additional education in the virtual world of business. Goals for the future include learning technical and business writing, i.e. procedure manuals, training materials, etc.
